Empowering members to maximize their healthcare potential.

Leigha Marion, RN
Registered Nurse

Born and raised in the small town of Prosperity, South Carolina, Leigha Marion has always had a passion for helping others. In 2012, she moved to Charleston, where she attended the College of Charleston and earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Following graduation, Leigha began her career as an orthopedic medical assistant, where she discovered her love for patient care and care coordination.

In 2019, Leigha met her husband, Tyler—a Beaufort native—and by 2020, the couple relocated from the busy Charleston County to the growing community of Jasper County. After recognizing the shortage of healthcare professionals in the area, Leigha felt called to further her education and expand her ability to advocate for patients.

In 2022, she embarked on what would become the busiest yet most rewarding two years of her life. She transitioned to primary care, eloped in Greece, began nursing school at the Technical College of the Lowcountry (TCL), and welcomed her first child—all while balancing classes, clinicals, and work. After completing nine nursing courses, more than 300 clinical hours, countless study sessions, and beginning a second pregnancy, Leigha proudly graduated from TCL in 2024 as a Registered Nurse.

After gaining valuable experience in the hospital and primary care settings, Leigha joined Lotus Health in March 2025, returning to primary care with a renewed passion for helping patients navigate their healthcare journeys and stay well outside of the hospital environment. She is honored to serve the Beaufort and Jasper County communities alongside her husband, Tyler, and their two children, Addilyn and Callum.

Marcia Frazier, CMA
Medical Assistant

Born and raised in Bluffton, South Carolina, Marcia Frazier is proud to be a true Lowcountry native. She is the devoted mother of two beautiful daughters, Gabrielle and Jazmyne.

From a young age, Marcia knew she was destined for a career in healthcare. Inspired by her grandmother, Jacquelyn Mitchell — an LPN who served as her lifelong role model — Marcia’s passion for patient care began early. She fondly remembers accompanying her grandmother as she cared for patients on weekends, experiences that left a lasting impression.

When her grandmother was later diagnosed with dementia and rectal cancer, witnessing the compassion and skill of the hospice nurses deepened Marcia’s commitment to serving others through healthcare.

Although she began her pursuit of a nursing degree in 2015, Marcia chose to focus on her family during that time. In May 2024, she proudly graduated from the Medical Assistant program at the Technical College of the Lowcountry (TCL) and now serves in dual roles at Lotus Health. With her dedication and perseverance, Marcia is already preparing for her next chapter—becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Marcia is grateful to be part of the Lotus Health concierge team since December 2022, where she finds fulfillment in slowing down the pace of care to truly connect with patients. She believes deeply that patients deserve to be heard and to play an active role in their own health—and she is honored to be part of a team that shares that philosophy.

In her free time, Marcia enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, trying new foods, and cherishing moments with her daughters.
