The member cost is $750 quarterly or $2500 annually. Member term is 12 months. Dependent children (living at home or at school under age 26) can also be added to a family plan without an additional membership charge.

As an independent practice, we are not aligned with any one particular health system. We have the advantage to work with specialists in all the local hospitals. Additionally, we utilize all area hospitals (imaging, labs, in-patient, etc) based on what is best for each individual case.

Your membership allows for 24/7 care so even when I am not available due to vacation or emergencies, there will always be assigned coverage.
