The quarterly cost is $650 per person or $2400 annually. We do offer discounts when paying annually as well as for couples. Additionally, dependent children can also be added to a family plan without an additional membership charge.

As an independent practice, we are not aligned with any one particular health system. We have the advantage to work with specialists in all the local hospitals. Additionally, we utilize all area hospitals (imaging, labs, in-patient, etc) based on what is best for each individual case.

Your membership allows for 24/7 care so even when I am not available due to vacation or emergencies, there will always be assigned coverage.
